Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is 10:00.

What is your cancellation policy?<\/dt>

We charge a 0% cancellation fee up to the day before the event and a 100% cancellation fee on the day of the event.
If the cancellation is due to a tournament, no cancellation fee will be charged.<\/p>\n<\/dd><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I be placed on a waiting list?<\/dt>

Yes, we do. Please contact us through our online reservation system or by phone.<\/p>\n<\/dd><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Children under 5 years old can sleep with their parents and are not charged for bed and meals.
Preschool children aged 5~6 can also sleep with their parents,

What is the difference between the main building and the new building?<\/dt>

There is a tennis store.
Some tennis equipment such as grip tape and balls are sold there.

There are vending machines on the 1st and 2nd floors of the main building and on the 3rd floor of the new building.<\/p>\n<\/dd><\/div>\n\n\n\n

There is a laundromat on the 3rd floor of the main building.
You can purchase detergent and exchange 100 yen coins at the front desk.

Please contact the front desk by 15:00 on the day of your stay for dinner, and by 17:00 the day before for breakfast.

Where is the nearest station?<\/dt>

The nearest station is \u201cHinoharu\u201d station on the JR East Central Line.
It takes about 15 minutes by cab from the station to our hotel.<\/p>\n<\/dd><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do you provide a shuttle service?<\/dt>
\n

We provide free transportation for our guests.
For expressway buses, we provide transportation from \u201cChuo Expressway Sudama Bus Stop\u201d and for trains, from \u201cHinoharu Station\u201d on the Chuo Main Line to our hotel. (Reservations required).
Please contact us by 17:00 the day before your stay. Pick-up hours are from 9:00 to 20:00.<\/p>\n<\/dd><\/div>\n\n\n\n
