- What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is 10:00.
Late check-out is available until 12:00 pm for an additional fee. - What is your cancellation policy?

We charge a 0% cancellation fee up to the day before the event and a 100% cancellation fee on the day of the event.
If the cancellation is due to a tournament, no cancellation fee will be charged. - Can I be placed on a waiting list?

Children under 5 years old can sleep with their parents and are not charged for bed and meals.
Preschool children aged 5~6 can also sleep with their parents,
but they will be charged for meals. Children of elementary school age and older are charged the regular rate. - What is the difference between the main building and the new building?

The main building has a unit bath.
In the new building, toilets and baths are separated in the rooms.
The new building has an elevator, but the main building does not.

Some tennis equipment such as grip tape and balls are sold there.
There is no food or beverage store, but there are vending machines (on the 2nd floor of the main building) that sell snacks and other items. - Are there any vending machines in the building?

Reservations are not accepted in advance. - I would like to consider more about meals. When should I contact you by?

Please contact the front desk by 15:00 on the day of your stay for dinner, and by 17:00 the day before for breakfast.
We also accept reservations for lunch (boxed lunch). - What are the hours of use of the public baths?

The baths are open from 17:00 to 22:00.
Shower only is available from 10:00.
Access & Transportation
- Where is the nearest station?

The nearest station is “Hinoharu” station on the JR East Central Line.
It takes about 15 minutes by cab from the station to our hotel. - Do you provide a shuttle service?

We provide free transportation for our guests.
For expressway buses, we provide transportation from “Chuo Expressway Sudama Bus Stop” and for trains, from “Hinoharu Station” on the Chuo Main Line to our hotel. (Reservations required).
Please contact us by 17:00 the day before your stay. Pick-up hours are from 9:00 to 20:00. - I would like to ask for a pick-up service, but I don’t know when the game is over.

We will pick you up according to the time of the train or express bus. - Do cabs stop in front of the station?

There are convenience stores and family restaurants within a 5~10 minute drive.
Guest room (at a hotel)

Due to the limited number of rooms, they are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Use of the tournament
- Is it possible for an underage player to stay alone?

Yes.
Depending on the tournament, we may arrange for players to share a room with other players.
For details, please refer to the accommodation information for each tournament or call the hotel.
Please note that if any of the equipment in the facility is damaged,
you will be charged for the cost of repair. - Can you do a quick gut stringing?

Hotel staff will be available, but may not be able to provide immediate stringing service depending on the crowd on the day of the event.
Stringers may be stationed at some tournaments.

How will I know if it will be canceled? -
Whether or not the tournament will be held on the day of the event is left up to the tournament organizers,

Body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are available in the public baths and guest rooms.

We will do our best to accommodate customers with allergies if they notify us in advance.
- We can accommodate single item allergies such as “no shrimp”,
However, we may not be able to accommodate all allergens to wheat, soybeans, or other ingredients, as they may be included in seasonings.
